Do you take more than one dog?
Yes! We accept up to 3 dogs from one household. There is a fee for each additional dog. Please see the Daycare and Vacation pages for more information on those fees.

Do you accept holiday bookings?
We do work holidays! We do have a holiday rate for reservations made during holiday weeks. Holidays do book early, so make sure to get your reservations in as soon as possible.

Does my dog need to be fixed?
We have no problem accepting dogs who are still too young to be fixed. Most veterinarians recommend waiting until at least 6 months for small dogs and 9-15 months for large breeds. As long as your dog isn't displaying any forms of aggression due to still being intact, we welcome them.

Does my dog need to be vaccinated?
For the safety of our dogs and others in our care, we do require all dogs to be fully vaccinated. If your dog is unable to receive certain vaccinations due to health reasons, contact us to discuss it further.

How far in advance do I need to book?
We know schedules change frequently. We encourage our clients to book as soon as possible to guarantee their spot at Camp Berner. We have a strict policy of not overbooking, so it is best to get your reservations submitted as early as possible. However, if we can accommodate your last minute request, we will.

Are there additional fees for walks or enrichment toys?
Nope! We like to keep things simple and not sneak-in hidden “Extra” fees. Walks, playtime, enrichment time, medication administration, etc. is all included with our rates.

How do I pay?
At this time we accept cash, Zelle and Venmo. Please reference your invoice for payment due dates. If payment is not submitted by the due date, we will not be able to care for your pet.
